The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame.

Along side this seating area designed for disabled persons. They allow you to bring food in but it's not to expensive so doesn't really matter. The facilities are easy to get to and clean and the chairs are comfortable. Overall a good experience all round with friendly staff to support.
Only 1 roulette was open & upon asking for a blackjack to be opened was informed it would be about an hour.
This is the best cricket ground in the country. I've been to all the major ones including Lords, nowhere comes close to Edgbaston for me. Been here to watch Warwickshire, Birmingham Bears, and many Tests and International games, the atmosphere is incredible.

Good casino, the girls at the reception are kind and the people inside too. They have 2 roulette tables and many other games to play. I had a good time there.
Stayed here, back in November and really loved the stay. The staff were super friendly and surprisingly was 1 minute away from the main new street, which was a bonus! The free coffee and hot chocolate was a massive bonus! and the kitchen within the apartment hotel were very good!
The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, well done to the cleaners. The breakfast ???? was also delicious and there was something for everyone. I would absolutely recommend coming here and I'm definitely going to be coming again.
It is a good little entertainment place, as there is bowling, mini golf and a cinema. There are a bunch of nice restaurants around to eat. As I live locally, it's one of the best places around/near me.

This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are very friendly. Great location, lovely rooms and food! Highly recommended definitely 5 star in my opinion
Conveniently located at the heart of Birmingham. Within a mile radius, you could reach the canal, the library, the Victoria square China town etc. Everything is within reach. There is a club for you to grab some soft drink which is a nice peak for members.
We often go to Broadway Casino to play Roulette and to dine within their nice Italian themed restaurant then to finish our night out we test our luck at the Roulette tables. There is ample pre-dinner drinks in the cocktail bar area next to a contemporary smart restaurant that serves really good Italian Glasgow casino food, cooked by actual Italian chefs. The restaurant is managed by Kirsty and her staff that we always found to be pleasant and professional.
